To get started, simply sign up by completing the New Patient Registration on our Patient Portal. You can now make your first appointment with Dr. Ketikian!

A referral is not required to sign up. Dr. Ketikian is a board certified physician.

Membership costs are an out of pocket expense. We do not bill insurance companies directly.

Prescriptions will be sent to your preferred pharmacy. Payments for medications are to be made directly to the pharmacy. The pharmacy can attempt to submit for insurance coverage. You are financially responsible for the cost of medications associated with treatment if your insurance company does not cover the cost.

The treatment program fee for a six month commitment is $1,495. The treatment program fee for a one year commitment is $2,995. Fees must be paid in full at the start of the treatment program. The duration of the treatment plan will be determined by Dr. Ketikian on your initial telehealth appointment. A weight maintenance plan is also available after your reach your weight loss goals. This is aimed at keeping your weight off. The fee for this is $150 monthly.
